1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Accommodation facility - “Kodu Lahemaa looduses” holiday rental apartment of Eloralia OÜ ( Nõlvaku tee 2/4, Kolga, Kuusalu parish, Harju county, 74602 )

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

2.1. The customer can pay by bank transfer before arrival on the basis of an invoice or by cash on the spot. Payment on the spot is made prior check-in and with an prior agreement with the accommodation facility. Also payments available on the website of the accaomodation.

2.2. In exceptional cases (for example, to get a discounted price, in high season, etc.), the accommodation may ask for an advance payment of 30%-100% of the total amount for booking an apartment. The rest is paid at check-in, unless otherwise agreed.

2.3. If the customer wants to extend their stay in the apartment, they must request the approval of the accommodation facility at least 12 hours before the check-out time. The accommodation facility cannot guarantee ta late check-out.

 

3. CHECK - IN AND CHECK - OUT

3.1. Check-in usually takes place at 2:00 p.m. or is agreed separately for each Client.

3.2. The door code of the apartment is sent to each Client individually and in advance through the accommodation's contacts.

3.3. The apartment should be vacated by the Client no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

 

4. PRICES OF ACCOMMODATION

4.1. All accommodation prices are available on the accommodation website www.kodulahemaalooduses.ee.

4.2. All accommodation prices are given per apartment per night accommodation.

4.3 A cleaning fee is a mandatory fee what will be added to each booking. The amount of the fee depends on the length of the accommodation period. The prices are indicated on the website of the Accommodation.

4.4. The accommodation facility offers various discounts for regular customers and long-term apartment bookers. In order to obtain a discount price list, the Customer must contact the Accommodation.

4.5. The accommodation facility has the right to change the prices.

4.6. The prices include clean bed linen, towels and hygiene items (according to the number of people agreed in the reservation), kitchen accessories, all reasonable consumption costs (water, sewage, heating, electricity, garbage collection), Wi-Fi internet connection.

4.7. Car parking is possible in front of the apartment entrance. There is a parking space for one motor vehicle.

4.8. Cleaning is done before check-in. In the case of a longer stay, bed sheets are changed, towels are changed and paper rolls are added (i.e. toilet paper and kitchen paper) every fifth (5th) day at a time previously agreed with the customer.

4.9. The customer has the right to order an emergency cleaning service and change of bed sheets and towels at a price of 20 euros/time.

4.9. The apartment contains kitchen furniture with appliances (induction stove, fridge, oven, air purifier, kettle, toaster), tableware, cooking utensils, TV, furniture (including outdoor terrace furniture), lighting, washing machine/dryer and hair dryer.

4.10 The customer has the option to order a charcoal grill with accessories for an additional fee of 20 euros.

5. ACCOMMODATION COMPANY RULES

5.1. When leaving the apartment, the customer must check that the door is locked.

5.2. Do not allow strangers into your apartment.

5.3. All apartments are non-smoking. If the Customer smokes indoors, he undertakes to pay a fine of 500 euros.

5.4. Parties are not allowed in the apartments. For violation of the rule, the customer undertakes to pay a fine of 500 euros.

5.5. It is not allowed to take things from the apartment.

5.6. The accommodation facility is not responsible for the loss of the Client's personal belongings. The Client will be notified of items found in the apartments by e-mail or phone. Found things are kept for a maximum of 3 months.

5.7. If the Customer behaves aggressively or noisily towards the neighbors or employees of the Accommodation, the Customer is obliged to pay a fine of 500 euros and to compensate for the damages caused.

5.8. Pets are allowed in the apartments.

5.8.1 The fee for a pet is 15 euros.

5.9. The apartment must be used for the intended purposes and kept in order. Water and electricity must be used sparingly.

5.10. The Accommodation Institution must be immediately informed of the loss and damage of items in the apartment (including those mentioned in point 4.9). If the items are lost or damaged due to the Customer's fault, the Customer is responsible for this and is obliged to compensate the damage caused according to the price list of the Accommodation.

5.11. The accommodation facility is not responsible for malfunctions and accidents not dependent on it (e.g. technical malfunctions of equipment, disruptions in the provision of utility services, etc.).

5.12. The accommodation company is not responsible for the loss of the client's personal belongings from the apartment.

5.13. The accommodation establishment's quiet time starts at 22:00 and lasts until 07:00.

6. CANCELLATION

6.1. The accommodation company is not responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays.

6.2. The customer is obliged to pay the full price for the cancellation of the reservation according to his original reservation package.

 

7. BOOKING PACKAGES

7.1. Fully refundable rate - The reservation can be canceled at any time (but not later than 3 hours before the check-in time), the property will return 100% of the money paid to the customer. It is also possible to make changes to the dates 3 hours before the check-in day by agreeing with the property accordingly.

7.2. Standard rate - If the reservation is canceled 5 days (120h) before check-in, the accommodation will return 100% of the money paid to the client. It is also possible to make changes to the dates 5 days (120h) before the check-in day by agreeing with the accommodation.

7.3. Non refundable rate - It is not possible to change the reservation after the purchase. In case of cancellation, change or no-show of the reservation, the property will not refund the money paid to the customer.
